Call for papers - Young people about their well-being, relationships with others, and free time
The thematic issue titled "Young People on Their Well-being, Relationships with Others, and Free Time" focuses on the broadly understood concept of well-being as the overall quality of life and well-being of young people (aged 11–19), encompassing physical, mental, emotional, and social aspects. This theoretical perspective serves as a starting point not only for asking questions but, most importantly, for seeking answers in the following areas:
-
Life satisfaction among young people (e.g., what brings them joy and what bores them)
-
Relationships with family and peers (e.g., who they talk to daily, whom they confide in)
-
Lifestyles and free time/self-time (e.g., how they have fun, what they read, where they meet)
-
Use of digital media (e.g., their thoughts on technologization and digital life)
-
Access to psychological and social support (e.g., whether and how they seek help and support)
We invite submissions by the end of June 2025. The thematic issue is scheduled for publication in September 2025!
